Overview
Media Data Analyst
We are hiring a Media Data Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team at Digitas. In this role, you’ll help turn media campaign data into clear insight, stronger decisions, and measurable value for clients. You’ll work across media performance, reporting, experimentation, and automation, with the opportunity to explore how AI and measurement approaches can improve the way teams plan, optimize, and tell stories with data. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting technical detail with practical recommendations that help brands grow.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Analyse campaign performance across media platforms, helping teams understand what is working, where performance can improve, and how activity is tracking against key KPIs.
- Turn data into useful insight by identifying trends, audience behaviours, optimization opportunities, and the reasons behind performance changes.
- Support measurement thinking across areas such as MMM, MTA, and incrementality, helping shape how planning, buying, and reporting are evaluated.
- Build and improve reporting outputs, including Power BI dashboards and regional reporting, so internal teams and clients can make decisions with confidence.
- Use automation to make data processes more reliable and efficient, including extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows.
- Translate analysis into clear recommendations for media planning, campaign optimization, targeting, and budget decisions.
- Collaborate with planners, strategists, account teams, and clients to define measurement frameworks, collect the right data, and shape compelling data narratives.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
