About the FMCG Team
The Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) team comprises technical support, client services, and sales, united by a shared drive to deliver practical, high-value solutions for our clients.
Within FMCG Client Services, the focus is on:
- Optimising field sales territories for global clients
- Maximising route and visit schedule efficiency, reducing operational costs and environmental impact

FMCG Analytical Consultant Role
We are looking to expand our team by welcoming an FMCG Analytical Consultant to support our clients in delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As an FMCG Analytical Consultant, your role will include:
- Taking a client-focused approach to delivering:
- Territory and route optimisation projects using CACI’s InSite GIS software
- Analytical techniques to generate actionable results
- Providing technical and consultancy support to address client queries and challenges
- Developing client training materials, including:
- Presentations
- Video guides
- Comprehensive support documentation
- Collaborating with the Account Manager to maintain strong client relationships
- Designing and delivering bespoke client software training
- Writing software development tickets based on:
- Observation of product usage
- Direct client feedback
- Testing new functionalities
- Driving innovation through:
- Participation in team ‘labs’
- Regular creative thinking sessions

Person Specification
Ideal Skills & Experience
Potential candidates should demonstrate the following:

Qualifications & Numerical Proficiency:
- Degree-level education is a minimum requirement
- Strong numeracy skills
- Exposure to Geographical Information Systems (GIS) or Geography Science

Technical Communication:
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical audiences

Client Management & Technical Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in client consultancy and software management

Soft Skills:
- Client-oriented mindset—prioritising the needs and satisfaction of clients
- Exceptional inter-personal skills
- Conscientious and detail-oriented approach
- Growth mindset—eager to learn, innovate and enhance solutions continuously
