Analytics Account Director

The Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between senior client stakeholders and internal analytics teams
- Design and shape large-scale analytical projects such as MMM frameworks, budget optimization engines, and attribution POVs
- Oversee analytics workstreams end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery across multiple stakeholders
- Translate complex statistical methodologies into clear, commercially relevant narratives
- Drive adoption of best practice measurement frameworks across European markets
- Support experimentation roadmaps including A/B testing, lift studies, and incrementality approaches

Skills & Experience Required
- Strong background in media analytics, marketing science, or strategic measurement
- Deep understanding of MMM, regression modelling, attribution, and media optimisation
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior client stakeholders
- Confident working across multiple projects in a matrixed environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, comfortable handling complex datasets
- Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics preferred
