Account Director – Analytics (MMM & Experimentation Focus) - Media Agency
Location: London, UK
Salary: up to £60,000 + Benefits
Office Days: 3 days per week

Sitting at the centre of a global media agency and a flagship FMCG client, you’ll lead high-impact MMM projects and build out test-and-learn frameworks that directly influence multi-million pound investment decisions. This is proper marketing science, not dashboard theatre.

- Work on large-scale MMM programmes and budget optimisation models for a global FMCG brand
- Own and evolve test & learn / experimentation frameworks across markets and channels
- High visibility role influencing senior stakeholders and global decision making
- Blend of strategy, analytics and client leadership
- Access to best-in-class data, tech and cross-market learnings
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of MMM, attribution and measurement frameworks
- Design and implement test & learn strategies (A/B, incrementality, lift studies)
- Translate complex analytics into clear commercial recommendations
- Manage multiple analytics workstreams across markets and stakeholders
- Drive measurement innovation and best practice across the wider team

Skills & Experience
- Strong background in MMM / marketing effectiveness / econometrics
- Experience with experimentation design and incrementality testing
- Solid grasp of regression modelling, attribution and media performance analytics
- Ability to tell a story with data to senior, non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-market environments
