Analytics Associate Director (Marketing Measurement)

London | Hybrid (3 days per week) | Up to £68,000 + benefits

Looking to move beyond reporting and into true marketing effectiveness? This is an opportunity to join a global media agency, partnering with one of the world's leading travel and holiday rental brands to shape how marketing performance is measured across the full customer journey.

You'll sit at the centre of campaign measurement, working across brand and performance activity to turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations. This is not an MMM modelling role. Instead, you'll be interpreting outputs, leading measurement strategy and helping senior stakeholders understand what is driving business impact.

Candidates should come from a broad marketing measurement background and have significant experience with brand uplift and conversion studies to be considered.

Why this role stands out

  • Join an award-winning global analytics team at the forefront of marketing measurement
  • Work across a flagship international travel and holiday rentals client with significant media investment
  • Influence how campaigns are measured across Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, Campaign Analytics and MMM
  • Highly consultative role with regular exposure to senior client stakeholders
  • Access leading measurement tools, cloud technologies and a global analytics community with excellent career progression

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
