Analytics Director – Contract

£450 per day
Outside IR35

Initial four-week contract, likely to extend

We’re supporting an agency looking for an experienced Analytics Director to join the team on an initial four-week contract, with a strong possibility of extension.

You’ll operate as a Research and Measurement Manager, leading projects that connect market signals and customer behaviour with commercial outcomes.

The role:

  • Design and execute research projects from initial brief through to final delivery
  • Turn complex findings into clear, stakeholder-ready analysis
  • Develop campaign measurement strategies and KPI frameworks
  • Identify gaps in KPI alignment before campaigns launch
  • Support first-party data activation and measurement
  • Build strategic hypotheses to inform client conversations
  • Own data quality and analytical rigour across all deliverables
  • Use social listening and audience intelligence to uncover actionable insights

  • Strong experience in research, measurement or marketing analytics
  • Ability to take a vague brief, define the scope and confidently defend the findings
  • Strategic understanding of campaign measurement and KPI architecture
  • Strong data fluency, including SQL and statistical thinking
  • Experience using social listening or audience intelligence tools
  • Confident communicating insights to senior stakeholders
  • Agency experience is highly desirable
