About Us
We’re building the world’s leading cross-border fintech for emerging markets - empowering families, fueling local economies, and changing how millions access financial services.
Since our launch in 2019, we have transformed how money moves across borders with our operations spanning 6 out of 7 continents and covering both the busiest and most underserved (remittance) corridors. We tapped into a massive shift - from banks to phones - bringing digital finance to places where traditional systems never reached. The next stage of growth will fuel a network of services and products especially designed to make money more accessible to diaspora communities including local cards, and additional savings and payments features.
We’re growing fast, backed by world-class investors, and scaling a product that blends real world impact with cutting edge fintech innovation.
Here’s a little more:
- Founded by Harvard grads and 3-time founders who previously built Segovia (acquired) and GiveDirectly (>$300M revenue, fastest-growing NGO in the world)
- Backed by top investors including Spark Capital, Canaan, Reid Hoffman, Breyer Capital, Unbound, Wamda, and more
- Built by global top performers from Bain, Google, McKinsey, Uber, Checkout, Bolt, and beyond - we move fast, stay humble, and care deeply about our mission
- Truly global team - 250+ people, 50+ nationalities, 50+ languages
- Guided by our values - ownership, impact, humility, and heart - in deed, not just word
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Analytics Engineer for our next phase of growth. We're placing big bets — new products, new markets, new rails — and every one of them relies on financial reporting that keeps pace. That's where this role comes in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll build and own production dbt models — spanning our core remittance business and new product launches — where what you build powers financial reporting and drives product decisions: revenue and costs modelled correctly from day one, and reconciliation that keeps our numbers trustworthy. If you love working in dbt, digging into problems from first principles, and seeing your work drive real decisions, this is the role for you.
You'll sit in our Finance Analytics team, reporting to our Finance Analytics Lead, with significant exposure to our Head of Data, directors across the company, and teams including Treasury, Product, Data Engineering and Markets.
The role is full-time – we’re open to individuals in one of the following hubs: London or NYC
Key responsibilities
- Own dbt models end-to-end — design, build and maintain the models in your domain, with the tests, documentation and schema coverage that keep them reliable and performant at scale
- Drive product launch analytics — be the data partner to product and commercial teams at launch: commercials modelled correctly from day one, and reporting that shows how each bet is performing
- Automate reconciliation at scale — build automated frameworks that prove our numbers against third-party data, across our core product and every new launch
- Support finance and compliance reporting — deliver the datasets behind month-end close and audit requests, and build the pipelines that make each cycle faster
- Use AI effectively — apply AI tools and agents across the modelling lifecycle, from accelerating dbt development to improving data quality
- Contribute to our analytics community — peer-review code, share knowledge at weekly meetups, and rotate on the analytics first-responder rota answering data questions from across the business
