About The Role
This role demands a hybrid skill set blending data modelling, data governance, and stakeholder management. You’ll collaborate closely with both tech and business teams to develop and maintain Snowflake-based data assets, ensuring best-practice alignment and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of new data models within a modern tech stack
- Partnering with stakeholders across business functions to refine requirements and build tailored data solutions
- Developing and enhancing existing data models in conjunction with product and engineering teams
- Upholding data governance standards to ensure consistency and compliance
- Providing BI and analytics teams with key data sources essential for their work
About You
Essential
- Strong SQL expertise (CTEs, window functions) with proven ability to craft performant queries. Experience with Snowflake preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with transformation tools (preferably Coalesce.io or DBT for future scalability).
- Skilled in structured and unstructured data modelling.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—ideal with start-up or scale-up experience.
- Sharp problem-solving and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired
- Experience with data quality frameworks.
- Familiarity with finance, credit, and related reporting processes.
- Proven ability to work effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Knowledge of testing standards and version control.
- Experience with orchestration (e.g., workflow automation).
