Job Overview
We are searching for a forward-deployed architect to lead the implementation of Agentic Analytics across Salesforce’s Tableau Next, Cloud, and Server platforms. This high-impact, cross-functional role demands bridging product innovation with customer success. You will:
- Consider Salesforce’s most strategic customers to architect and deploy their first agentic analytics use cases, dashboards, and metrics.
- Build intelligent semantic data models on Salesforce Data360, embedding Agentforce topics and actions to democratize insights.
- Convert raw data into conversational, actionable intelligence while acting as a clearinghouse for feedback to product teams, directly influencing future product development.
Serving as a technical innovator and bridge between data engineering, AI, and end-client stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless deployments while driving the future of AI in enterprise analytics.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Agentic Analytics Development
- Architect conversational agents tailored for accuracy, minimal latency, and high relevance.
- Construct semantic data layers atop Data360, enabling AI agents to create visualized, accessible insights.
Democratize AI – from “Zero to One”
- Deploy rapid prototypes to accelerate customer time-to-value across business-sensitive integrations.
- Zero in on pain points: Solve customer-specific challenges with advanced data modeling and pipeline engineering.
- Ensure seamless data unification: Ingest, refine, and structure structured + unstructured data into the Data360 ecosystem.

Round-Trip Communication Between Customer & Product
- Collaborate directly with Product Management to translate live adoption feedback into a roadmap.
- Champion cross-platform consistency by designing for scalability while remaining customer-first.
Customer Ownership & Longevity
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to equip customer teams with independent governance of agents and models.
- Continuously refine models in post-implementation support, mitigation of edge cases (e.g., misinformation), and performance profiling.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, ETLS/analytics stacks, or software architecture, with customer-facing results.
- Proven semantic data layer expertise including:
- Relational modeling, semantic layers (e.g., Metabase, Jedox), ontology design, or similar.
- Apache Spark/Pandas/SQL proficiency in data transformation for enterprise-scale queries.
- Foundation in conversational AI:
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Generative AI), RAG, or agentic workflows (e.g., Langchain, AgentSmith).
- Usage of AI tools for rapid prototyping (e.g.,Productivity Agents, debug endorsed AI for production-grade monitoring).
- Parallel problem-solving in ambiguous contexts:
- Proven record of self-timing toward company OKRs in dynamic customer settings.
- Communication aligning non-technical business programs with AI bias/reliability.
- Technical API/ETL skill: Python + pipeline automation (Spark, Airflow, DBT) from raw to redshift/greenplum.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven structured experience with Tableau or equivalent BI platforms (e.g., Power BI integration, LOD expressions).
- Familiarity with Salesforce-native ecosystems (Cloud/Server) + Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein capabilities.
- Roadmap of enterprise insights APIs: Propensity to engage with Tokenized API integrations (MuleSoft, Postman) for cross-departmental collaborations.
- Experience in high-touch pilot teams: Proven deployment of forward-deployed personas, operating as a Customer-Solutions Architect.
