Join us anAnalytics Lead

In this crucial role, you’ll define and deliver the data and analytics strategy that powers how we detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and financial crime at scale. Working across the Hub and wider bank, we’ll look to you to play a key role in shaping how we use data to become faster, smarter, and more effective in combating economic crime. This is an opportunity to lead a critical function within the Economic Crime Hub, turning data into intelligent decisions that protect our customers and the bank.

What you'll do

As an Analytics Lead, you'll set the strategic direction for data and analytics within the Economic Crime Hub, maximising the value of our data assets to drive real-world outcomes. You'll lead the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, from problem definition through to production decisioning and measurable impact, while leading a high-performing, multidisciplinary team to deliver decision-grade analytics and build a modern, scalable capability across data, analytics, and AI. You'll also drive measurable reductions in fraud and financial crime risk through data-led decisioning and innovation.

Working closely with strategy, technology, and operations teams, you'll translate strategic priorities into scalable solutions embedded within business processes. You'll drive high-quality analytics delivery, maintain strong governance and regulatory compliance, demonstrate customer, financial, and risk outcomes through clear performance metrics, and continuously strengthen the Hub's analytics capability through leading practices and external insights.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
