Analytics Manager
Analytics Manager Watford - hybrid 3x a week Up to £89,000 + bonus
This is a high-impact Portfolio Analytics Manager role at a pivotal moment of organisational transformation, where analytics is central to shaping commercial strategy. You will work at the intersection of data and decision-making, influencing senior stakeholders and driving measurable business outcomes across both digital and physical channels.

The Role Work with large, complex datasets to deliver high-quality analysis that informs commercial decision-making Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders Partner with teams across digital, retail, finance, and data science to answer key business questions Support KPI reporting and develop scalable, self-serve dashboards in Power BI Design and evaluate A/B tests to optimise performance across customer and operational initiatives Deliver segmentation, cohort, and lifetime value analysis to support marketing and product strategy Improve data quality, validation processes, and consistency of metrics across reporting Contribute to the development of analytics best practices and ways of working in a growing function

Your Skills and Experience Strong SQL skills with experience working with large, complex data environments Experience using Python or similar tools for analysis, automation, or statistical evaluation Proficiency in Power BI or comparable BI tools, building and maintaining dashboards Strong commercial experience in customer or marketing analytics, including segmentation and test-and-learn approaches Ability to translate analysis into clear business recommendations and influence decision-making Experience working across multiple data sources and navigating ambiguity with a pragmatic approach Collaborative mindset with the confidence to act as a thought partner to stakeholders
