Analytics Manager - CRM & Loyalty
Up to £85,000
London
Hybrid ** 2 days per month in the office **
We're working with a leading retailer looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to join their Customer & Data team. This role focuses on CRM, loyalty and retail media insight, helping shape strategy, improve customer experience and drive revenue across the business.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital and Commercial to make sure analysis leads to action, not just output.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis across CRM, loyalty, marketing performance and retail media
- Use customer data to uncover key insights that optimise journeys and improve retention and loyalty
- Coach and develop analysts, building technical capability, commercial awareness and stakeholder influence
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
- Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital and Commercial teams to influence decision-making
- Support the growth of retail media and other emerging channels with key analysis and insight
- Track adoption and impact of recommendations, pushing the business towards decisions grounded in customer value

Experience Required

- Strong analytical background with SQL and Python or R
- Experience leading an analytics team in a complex, matrixed environment
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery
- Background in CRM and marketing campaign analysis, with a track record of driving customer retention and loyalty
- Experience working within Agile methodologies
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
