Analytics Manager
Advanced Analytics Manager – Hybrid (London/Nottingham)
Salary: £53,000–£60,000+ with 10% discretionary bonus, plus 18K yearly wellbeing fund Level: Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for an Advanced Analytics Manager to join Boots Media Group (BMG). In this dynamic role, you’ll:
- Shape BMG’s insight and measurement proposition, leveraging Boots’ first-party data to deliver smarter, actionable analytics.
- Drive innovation across measurement, AI, automation, and customer-level insight to create tangible commercial value.
- Be at the forefront of evolving BMG IQ, guiding a team tasked with unlocking breakthrough strategies for retail media.

About You
Key Qualities:
✔ A deep understanding of how customer-level data (behavioural & transactional) fuels actionable insights for media optimisation.
✔ Expertise in statistical models, advanced analytics, and modern AI, with the confidence to:
- Lead technical projects across teams,
- Ensure high-quality delivery, clear documentation, and strong accountability.
✔ Strong fluency translating complex data into clear, compelling strategies for non-technical audiences.
✔ Experience with digital measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Criteo), and knowledge of data warehouses aids collaboration with Data Ops/engineering.

- Build BMG’s data roadmap, unlocking Boots’ retail media potential beyond reactive responses.
- Align senior stakeholders across Boots and BMG to showcase how advanced analytics drive growth.
- Advance AI & automation within team workflows, boosting methodological depth and speed of delivery.
- Critically challenge assumptions in data science to move beyond “how,” zeroing in on actionable “so what” value.
- Develop strategic measurement solutions to help clients extract insight from campaigns.
- Partner with Boots Leadership, Boots CMA, BMG IQ teams, and SMG Data Ops to deliver cutting-edge data use cases.
