Drive Commercial Growth Through Insight

We're partnering with a large, well-established UK business that is investing heavily in data, digital transformation, and marketing capability. Following significant investment in its data platform, the business is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to lead a growing analytics function and help embed data-driven decision making across the organisation.

This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal point in the company's analytics journey, where you'll play a key role in transforming how marketing insight influences commercial decisions.

This is not a reporting-focused position. Instead, you'll combine hands-on analysis with leadership, helping move the business beyond dashboards towards meaningful commercial action.

The Role

Reporting into senior marketing leadership, you'll lead a small team while remaining hands-on with analysis, partnering closely with Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Finance, and wider business stakeholders.

A dedicated BI function now owns data engineering, modelling, and governance, allowing this team to focus on delivering insight that drives measurable business performance.

You'll spend approximately 60% of your time delivering analysis and 40% leading and developing the team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
