About the Job
We are partnering with an elite boutique consultancy specializing in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for Financial Services clients.
We’re looking for a motivated Anaplan Consultant (1–3 years of hands-on experience) who is passionate about building elegant, high-impact models and is committed to continuous growth in the Anaplan space. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a close-knit, high-trust environment and wants to develop their career at a genuine boutique firm where culture, autonomy, and mastery matter.
This role is primarily remote or hybrid - London based
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Anaplan models end-to-end — from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Translate complex business processes into scalable, maintainable Anaplan solutions
- Partner closely with client stakeholders (Finance, FP&A, and operations teams) to ensure solutions deliver measurable value
- Create intuitive dashboards and user experiences that drive adoption
- Champion Anaplan best practices, data governance, model performance, and ongoing optimization
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and knowledge transfer
- Contribute to our internal knowledge base, accelerators, and pre-sales activities as the practice grows

Key Skills, Experience & Attitudes
- 1–3 years of practical Anaplan Model Builder / implementation experience
- Strong interest in financial services (FP&A, cost allocations, profitability, or planning processes is a big plus)
- Solid understanding of Anaplan platform capabilities — lists, modules, formulas, imports/exports, and integrations
- Experience working in client-facing environments with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging directly with stakeholders
- Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and takes ownership of their work
- Genuine desire to continuously deepen Anaplan expertise and grow with a boutique firm
- Strong cultural fit: collaborative, humble, intellectually curious, and committed to doing great work without ego
