About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Consultant or Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting solutions for major organisations. This is an opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, drive strategic transformation programmes, and help clients improve decision-making across finance and operational functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a high-quality team and have exposure to some of the best Anaplan projects in the market.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the successful design and delivery of enterprise Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting solutions.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand business challenges, requirements and strategic objectives.
- Advising clients on solution options, best practices and implementation approaches, clearly communicating the benefits and trade-offs of different technologies and methodologies.
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and providing industry-informed guidance throughout delivery.
- Supporting organisations in connecting finance with wider business functions including operations, workforce planning, marketing and supply chain.
- Contributing to business growth through proposal development, thought leadership, industry events, training initiatives and internal practice development.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, gained within consulting or a relevant industry environment.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering enterprise planning solutions using Anaplan, including multiple end-to-end implementation programmes.
- Experience leading solution architecture and designing scalable planning models.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Strong capability in converting business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and multiple workstreams.
