They partner with global organisations to design and implement modern planning, forecasting and reporting solutions, helping businesses improve decision making through cutting edge EPM technology. The business offers a collaborative consulting environment with excellent opportunities for professional growth and exposure to complex transformation programmes.

Role Description

This is a senior, client facing Solutions Architect role responsible for leading the design and delivery of Anaplan solutions across complex enterprise transformation programmes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define solution architecture and oversee successful implementation from discovery through to deployment.

Working as part of an experienced consulting team, you will lead workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, guide development teams throughout delivery and act as the trusted technical advisor for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands on Anaplan expertise with stakeholder management, solution design and project leadership.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead client discovery workshops to gather and document business requirements.
  • Define end to end Anaplan solution architecture and implementation approach.
  • Produce functional specifications, process maps and future state solution designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to model builders throughout project delivery.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to manage scope, risks and delivery milestones.
  • Present solution demonstrations, sprint reviews and project updates to client stakeholders.
  • Support pre sales activities, including demonstrations, solution design and proposal development.
  • Contribute to internal best practice, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise Anaplan solutions.
  • Strong background leading discovery workshops, requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Experience managing client relationships and engaging senior business stakeholders.
  • Multiple end to end Anaplan implementation projects within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience within Financial Services, Asset Management, Insurance or Alternative Investments.
  • Exposure to other Enterprise Performance Management platforms such as Pigment or Workiva.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, JIRA and process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
