More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

We're hiring for our Regional Experience team, who work with teams across the world to deliver best in class user experiences that feel local to wherever our customers use them.

As part of Regional Experience you'll work across the full range of our product from onboarding and verification, through to receiving, sending, and spending money.

We're looking for engineers who want to take initiative, collaborate directly with product and design, and work on the highest impact projects across all of our markets. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the engineering culture of the team, work in core areas of our product, build brand new experiments and experiences, and set best practices for delivering maintainable, extensible foundations that can be customised for all of our regional teams.

Being a member of Mobile engineering, you are encouraged to influence other parts of the app, collaborate with 60+ other mobile engineers and help raise both the UX and code quality across all Wise customers. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the solutions you build scale and fit well in order to achieve a high quality global product and collaborate often with your peers across other teams as well.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
