Job Summary:
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage deep expertise in Angular to analyze, review, and critique real-world software engineering tasks.
- Evaluate and enhance front-end codebases, focusing on best practices for scalability and maintainability.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide model learning and performance related to Angular development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simulate real development scenarios, identifying edge cases and complex challenges.
- Apply RxJS and advanced SCSS/SASS knowledge to assess and validate intricate code patterns and workflows.
- Clearly document findings and solutions with strong attention to written detail.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Angular for front-end application development.
- Expert-level proficiency in RxJS for state management and reactive programming.
- Deep understanding of SCSS/SASS for scalable, maintainable stylesheets.
- Strong command of both written and verbal communication, emphasizing clarity and impact.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex coding scenarios.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Commitment to high-quality, detail-oriented deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience critiquing or designing AI-driven applications or systems.
- Exposure to large-scale, enterprise-level Angular projects.
- Familiarity with training or evaluating technical solutions for machine learning or data-driven applications.
