Front Office Angular Developer – Greenfield Trading Platform 📍 Hybrid (3 Days in London)
A leading cross-asset trading house specialising in Physical, Financials, and Equities trade execution is seeking an Angular Developer for a 6-month rolling contract (multi-year potential) to build a brand-new algorithmic trade execution platform directly used by Front Office traders.
About the Opportunity
This is a high-impact, technically demanding Greenfield project within a high-performance algo-trading desk investing in core trading technology. You’ll develop a real-time trading platform with millisecond-level precision, where UI quality directly impacts critical trading decisions.
Key Areas
- Greenfield Algorithmic Trade Execution Platform – Front Office-facing with integration to internal and external systems (e.g., TrayPort).
- High-performance, front-end intensive application built with Angular.
- Close collaboration with traders to translate workflows and priorities into intuitive, low-latency UI interfaces.

An exceptional Angular Developer with a passion for high-speed trading applications. They’re looking to fill a role focused entirely on Front Office trading, where prior experience in similar environments is essential.
Must haves include: ✔ Proven experience building real-time trading applications for Front Office users. ✔ Development of high-performance Angular applications capable of handling thousands of live market updates. ✔ Experience design low-latency, responsive trading screens with consistent UX across multiple asset classes. ✔ Strong ability to collaborate directly with traders and understand their workflows, priorities and terminology.
