Angular Developer (Contract) — Central London | £96k pro rata | 6 months

If you write Angular daily and can hold your own in Java or Kotlin, this is a rare one. You'll be joining an internal product team at a global technology company, building the platform their sales and marketing teams use to run events end to end — nominations, attendee management, post-event reporting. 7-year-old codebase, well structured, thousands of internal users. You'll own features from requirement through to delivery, working directly with UX rather than picking tickets off a board.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The shape of it: roughly 70% Angular and TypeScript, 30% back end.

What you'll need:

  • 3–10 years of experience, with current Angular — recent versions, not remembered from 2019
  • Strong TypeScript
  • Hands-on back-end development: Java or Kotlin ideally, though Go or C++ backgrounds work too
  • Experience building features into web-based internal tools
  • Comfortable thinking out loud through a coding problem
  • Database design is a bonus, not a requirement.
