Animation Intern (Character Posing & Motion) - | Remote | Minimum 16 hours per week.
We’re looking for a hands-on animation intern to help pose and animate stylised character images and short looping animations for an adult animated franchise website and social content. This is a practical, execution-focused role, ideal for someone building a showreel and wanting real production experience on a professional IP.
Role Overview:
The intern will assist with posing characters and creating short animation loops using Blender, working from clear creative direction and visual references. You will report to a senior artist who oversees rendering, lighting, and the technical pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Pose stylised 3D characters in Blender for still images
- Create short, simple animation loops (2–3 seconds)
- Work from provided creative direction, references, and story beats
- Iterate on poses and motion based on feedback
- Prepare assets for handoff to a senior artist for rendering and final output
- Collaborate remotely with a small creative team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
