Role Description
The Animator will be responsible for creating and refining character, environment, and effects animations that align with the visual and narrative direction of each game. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Developing animation concepts
- Producing storyboards and motion tests
- Integrating animations into game engines
- Collaborating with designers, artists, and developers to ensure cohesive gameplay experiences
- Contributing to motion graphics for marketing or in-game UI
- Participating in review sessions to iterate on feedback

This is a internship remote role, requiring reliable communication, strong self-management, and effective collaboration with a distributed team.
Qualifications
- Animation-focused skills: proficiency in Animation and Storyboarding, with experience creating expressive character and creature movement.
- Technical motion skills: experience with Motion Capture workflows and Motion Graphics for in-game assets or promotional materials.
- Collaboration and soft skills: strong Communication abilities for working with cross-functional remote teams and giving/receiving clear feedback.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar 2D/3D animation software.
- Understanding of game pipelines, including integrating animations into engines such as Unity or Unreal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and iterate quickly in a startup environment.
- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant animation work; experience in gaming or interactive media is a plus.
