Job Description

The Role

The Annex IV Reporting Specialist oversees and delivers end-to-end Annex IV regulatory reporting across the client portfolio. As the subject matter expert (SME), this role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with AIFMD requirements, blending operational delivery with oversight responsibilities, including supporting team members, addressing complex reporting challenges, and driving continuous improvement.

The Annex IV Reporting Specialist also plays a key role in implementing and refining a technology-enabled, scalable reporting model, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the end-to-end Annex IV reporting lifecycle, ensuring compliant, timely submissions against AIFMD regulations and internal controls.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex reporting issues, applying technical expertise, critical decision-making, and problem-solving skills for solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and uphold consistent service delivery standards.
  • Support, guide, and develop team members through coaching and knowledge sharing, while monitoring workflows, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining delivery quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement by:
    • Identifying process enhancements and conducting root cause analysis.
    • Implementing automation solutions.
    • Adapting to evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in AIFMD Annex IV or similar regulatory/financial reporting roles, with demonstrated expertise in domain-specific requirements.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks, controls, and compliance obligations.
  • Experience in operational oversight or as a subject matter expert (SME), with the ability to guide processes and resolve issues professionally.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems, workflow tools, or technology-driven solutions.
  • A blend of technical knowledge and practical experience to ensure efficient, controlled, and high-quality reporting delivery.
