We are seeking Annotator to join an onsite team responsible for producing high-quality labeled data across multiple content types. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are detail oriented, enjoy structured processes, and are comfortable working with text, audio, video, and multimodal inputs. No previous experience is required. If you’re good at repetitive tasks, learn fast, and have strong attention to detail, even if you are a student or someone seeking your first job, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform data annotation following detailed guidelines, schemas, and quality standards.
- Participate in structured training sessions, calibration exercises, and regular quality reviews.
- Complete self-reviews and peer reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide constructive feedback to help refine annotation guidelines.
- Participate in ad hoc data collection activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Annotation Coordinator and team members to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Previous annotation experience is beneficial but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Comfortable working with various content types (text, audio, video, multimodal).
- Willingness to participate in both live and recorded data collection scenarios.
- Ability to work onsite fulltime at the client location in Cambridge.

Work Details & Requirements
- 3 months Fixed Term Contract: (extendable based on performance and project requirements).
- Work schedule - Regular working schedule, 8 hour shift per day
- Onsite, 5 days per week at client location
- Strong commitment to data accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
