The Opportunity
If you’ve led the production of a listed company’s Annual Report, you know this is more than project administration—it requires exceptional organisation, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams under immovable deadlines.
This role will see you supporting the Deputy Company Secretary throughout the 2026/27 reporting cycle, owning the reporting programme. You’ll collaborate across business functions, ensuring timely delivery while managing competing priorities and high-pressure timelines.

Project Coordination & Delivery
- Managing the Annual Report project plan and reporting schedule.
- Coordinating contributors across cross-functional teams and ensuring milestone delivery.
- Acting as the primary contact for the external design agency.
Stakeholder & External Liaison
- Organising and facilitating Steering Committee & Editorial Board meetings.
- Liaising with external auditors throughout the reporting process.
- Managing review and sign-off processes across multiple stakeholders.
Production & Distribution
- Coordinating print production, distribution, and online publication.
- Identifying and mitigating risks to delivery to keep the programme on track.
Requirements
Essential: ✅ Proven FTSE-listed Annual Report & Accounts experience (end-to-end delivery). ✅ Advanced project management skills, including multi-deadline coordination. ✅ Experience managing senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams. ✅ Previous external reporting/design agency management. ✅ Experience working alongside external auditors during reporting cycles. ✅ Exceptional communication, organisation, and stakeholder management. ✅ Ability to deliver under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Working Arrangement
- Contract Duration: September 2026 – February 2027 (contract)
- Working Hours:
- 1-2 days/week initially, scaling to up to 3 days/week during peak reporting season.
- Payment: £400-£465 per day, paid via agency payroll.
- No sponsorship or relocation offered.
