Band 5 | 35 hours per week (term-time only + one week)
Salary: FTE £27,347 – £29,171 | Actual salary £23,033 – £24,569 (paid over 46.3 weeks)
About the School
Cliffdale Primary Academy is one of five schools within Solent Academies Trust. We are seeking a highly organised, motivated individual to join our growing administration team.
The Role
The Annual Review Administrative Officer plays a vital role in supporting the Senior Leadership and Administration Team. You will:
- Work as part of a small, friendly, and inclusive team
- Provide excellent administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a strong competency in ICT and excellent communication skills
Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic, constantly busy setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in annual review administrative processes (TBC)
- Support Senior Leadership Team with organization and documentation
- Maintain and update records with high attention to detail
- Act as a reliable point of contact for staff and stakeholders
- Own administrative tasks efficiently with minimal supervision

Requirements
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ICT skills (including Microsoft Office, databases, etc.)
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Mutual interest in education and teamwork

Working Arrangements
