Key Holder (Part-Time or Full-Time)

About the Role

A Key Holder contributes to fostering a customer-centric environment by supporting the store leadership team in service, sales, and daily operations. They are expected to:

  • Build expertise in operating procedures
  • Mentor the associate team
  • Manage both part-time and full-time shifts, depending on availability

Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Customer Engagement
    • Collaborate with leadership to create a welcoming, inclusive, and valued atmosphere for all customers.
  • Selling Culture
    • Proactively drive sales and store performance using KPIs to set team and zoning goals.
  • Omni-Channel Service
    • Execute all technical and physical services to deliver a seamless shopping experience across all channels.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Floor Presence
    • Shape the store’s energetic environment, cultivating positivity and managing daily operational zones.
  • Empowerment & Problem-Solving
    • Act as a mentor with decision-making authority to enhance both customer and employee experiences.
  • Team Development
    • Train and integrate new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding and support.

Visual & Business Operations

  • Daily Operations
    • Oversee opening/closing routines, maintain store standards, assist with facilities or IT issues, and restock inventory.
  • Product Flow
    • Partner with supply chain teams to ensure smooth fulfilment, manage stock levels, and enforce visual merchandising standards.
  • Store Environment
    • Assist leadership in upholding cleanliness and aesthetic standards while staying updated on monthly visual concepts.
