Job Description
Carnival Corporation is the largest operator of cruise companies in the world, dedicated to delivering unforgettable holiday happiness to our guests. In support of our commitment to compliance, we are seeking an Anti-Bribery & Corruption Specialist to bring fresh insights and expertise to our Global Ethics & Compliance department.
Role Overview
This role sits within a global team responsible for conducting due diligence activities and providing advice to protect the company from bribery and corruption risks. This pivotal role will involve:
- Conducting due diligence screening for proposed third party relationships and ensuring appropriate approvals and mitigations are in place to manage risk
- Supporting ongoing anti-bribery and compliance activity in line with established frameworks
- Maintaining governance standards across internal stakeholders and teams
- Collaborating across the business to uphold regulatory and compliance expectations
This role is positioned at CUK11 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed term basis (12 months). We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

- Experience in anti-bribery, compliance, or regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of corporate governance and risk controls
- Exposure to compliance-related systems or reporting tools
- Previous experience in compliance, risk, legal, or governance roles
