Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

Location: Brent – HA9

Pay: £14.80 per hour / Weekly Pay

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Sunday, between 17:00 – 01:00

Contract: Flexible / Temporary

Requirements: Full UK driving licence & SIA Door Supervisor Licence

About The Role

We’re recruiting Anti-Social Behaviour Officers to support Brent Council, tackling anti-social behaviour and improving community safety.

This is a high-impact, frontline role where you’ll engage with the public, support vulnerable individuals, and help address issues such as rough sleeping, street drinking, and disruptive behaviour.

What You’ll Be Doing

Patrolling local areas to identify and respond to anti-social behaviour Engaging with individuals involved in begging, rough sleeping, and street drinking Supporting vulnerable individuals by directing them to appropriate services Investigating incidents and managing complex casework Gathering evidence, preparing reports, and supporting legal proceedings Working with multiple agencies to resolve community issues Attending court when required

What We’re Looking For

Confident communicator with strong people skills Calm, professional, and able to handle challenging situations Ability to defuse conflict and work with individuals from all backgrounds Good organisational and report-writing skills Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team Physically able to patrol on foot for long periods Flexible approach to working evenings and weekends Full UK driving licence (essential) SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential) Full 5-year checkable work history required DBS check required
