The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Antiques & Jewellery Operations Assistant to help manage the flow of stock through our warehouse.
You’ll be responsible for sorting, organising, and moving a wide range of unique items—from jewellery and watches to antiques and collectables—ensuring everything is processed efficiently and ready for listing or dispatch.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Sorting and categorising incoming stock from buying teams
- Moving inventory between intake, storage, photography, and dispatch areas
- Labelling and organising items accurately
- Assisting with stock checks and inventory tracking
- Preparing items for listings and auctions
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Supporting the wider team to keep daily operations running smoothly

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
Desirable:
- Previous warehouse or stock experience

The salary for this role is £26,000 - £27,000 p.a.
