We buy, sell, lease and repair aircraft, engines, and parts to maximize the value for their owners and provide a lower-cost supply of material to our airline, lessor and MRO customers. Through our deep technical expertise and high-performance culture, we deliver confidence-inspiring quality, safety, and value to our customers. Our blend of industry expertise and experience – today’s insight and tomorrow’s foresight – gives us a unique perspective on our industry that is trusted by over 600 customers across six continents. With regional hubs in Europe, Asia, and the USA, we’re perfectly placed to keep fleets flying and get deals done. That’s the AerFin way. That’s the way ahead.

About the role

When an aircraft is grounded, every minute counts. As an AOG Officer, you'll play a vital role in providing rapid support to airlines, operators, and customers worldwide. Combining customer-facing sales support with hands-on logistics and warehouse activities, you'll help ensure critical aircraft parts are sourced, shipped, and delivered as quickly as possible.

This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern, consisting of 2 day shifts (07:00–19:00) followed by 2 night shifts (19:00–07:00), supporting our 24/7/365 operation, including weekends and bank holidays. A DBS check is required for this position.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
