Vacancy: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Working type: Hybrid, 2 to 3 days in the office, subject to change
- Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 per year

The business is looking to strengthen its European Finance team with an enthusiastic and motivated Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role will take ownership of the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes for our Berlin, Vienna and Dublin entities, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while supporting efficient customer invoicing and cash collection activities.
The role offers exposure to multiple international entities and stakeholders, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting, reporting and communication skills within a growing global business. Working closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business, you'll play an important role in maintaining strong financial controls while supporting the month-end close and continuous improvement of finance processes.

- Previous experience within an Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable environment
- A sound understanding of P2P and O2C processes
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Experience using SAP Business ByDesign or a similar accounting system would be advantageous but is not essential.
