About the Role
Our Sales team drives customer growth globally, from prospecting to acquisition and activation. Our segment: pushing an API-based payments-as-a-service solution with enterprise customers.
You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, and Business Development to:
- Craft consultative, problem-solving value propositions.
- Win high-profile accounts.
- Expand Revolut’s global footerprint.

Key Responsibilities
- Build high-value enterprise customer networks, unlocking revenue opportunities across Revolut’s payments ecosystem.
- Establish a Trusted Advisor relationship with clients, highlighting feature value that resonsonates with enterprise needs.
- Tailor problem-solving solutions that align with global payments customers' unique requirements.
- Manage and report accurate sales forecasts, hitting quarterly targets and mentoring Juniors to exceed goals.
- Partner with Product Owners and Business Development Managers often to foster win-win partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a high-growth startup or entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to bring progressive technologies successfully to market.
- Proven experience within ambitious sales teams.
- Sales pipelines built with third-party partnerships to launch B2B services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Preferred/Advantageous Quirks
- Startup pedigree: Preferred, but not mandatory.
- Global network connections in the payments space (partner advantage).
- Curious, fast learner thriving in a collaborative, high-speed culture.
- Multilingual fluency (more talked-about languages = a bonus beyond English).
