Named after its founder Ariane Prette, APM Monaco was created in 1982. In 2012, the Prette family decided to focus on silver jewellery with a cutting-edge design, while continuing to perpetuate Ariane's legacy. With over 400 points of sale already, APM Monaco is continuing to expand and has many plans to open new stores around the world.


APM MONACO is recruiting a Supervisor for London Hampstead!

Sales Generation:

  • Regularly achieve the personal sales target
  • Analyse available sales reports and data to determine business needs and establish sales strategies.
  • Support the development of sales techniques of associates, ensuring high levels of sales and service are used to maximise sales.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership to staff by playing an active role on the sales floor.
  • Work with the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to identify marketing opportunities to support sales.

Customer Service:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Manage customer database and use information to increase sales and customer contact.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Help sales staff to resolve various customer service issues (dissatisfied customers, returns, faulty goods).

Operations:

  • Ensure the upkeep, presentation and organisation of the premises.
  • Ensure deliveries are processed correctly and on time.
  • Control the movement of all stock and ensure that staff adhere to all transfer and receiving policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to stock accuracy and reduction requirements.
  • Understand and perform all point of sale management functions correctly.
  • Support, promote and take responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management, physical security, till controls, stock management and shop communication.

Merchandising/Visual:

  • Implement and maintain all merchandising guidelines and ensure the execution of effective merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure that the sales area is neat, clean and organised and that it reflects the correct visual image at all times.
  • To ensure that the presentation of all displays, accessories and visual areas reflect the current visual orientation.
  • Identify and communicate product issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate stock requirements to support the business objective.

Human Resources:

  • Based on the KPI target, provide guidance and support to the Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associate.
  • Ensure that image and housekeeping standards are professional, reflect the brand image and are maintained at all times.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associate to ensure results.
  • Act as second in charge when the Store Manager is not on duty.
