App Designer - UI/UX

Description
The Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented App Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing mobile and/or web applications that deliver outstanding user experiences. Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will translate ideas and requirements into elegant design solutions.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Design user-centered mobile and/or web applications from concept to final handover
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components
- Conduct user research and usability testing where required
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an App Designer, UI Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end app design work
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
- Experience designing for iOS, Android, and/or web platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice To Have
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile or product-led environments
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
