Job Description: Senior Technical Leader for Global Physical Security Modernization
Overview
This role provides senior-level technical leadership for initiatives supporting global physical security modernization, driving cloud-first platform adoption, integrating security technologies into new construction projects, and advancing innovative solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities. You will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize and deliver critical initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally effective. A self-driven mindset and the ability to lead complex workstreams with accountability are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of global physical security modernization initiatives, including deployment across enterprise facilities and new office buildouts
- Drive transition from legacy systems to cloud-based physical security platforms; evaluate and implement scalable, future-ready solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage competing demands, and ensure alignment to business goals
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams with minimal oversight, maintaining accountability for outcomes
- Identify and incorporate emerging technologies, including AI-driven use cases, to improve efficiency and automation
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing platform support
- Evaluate and approve technical solutions; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
- Conduct testing oversight, including functionality, integration, and security validation
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues; perform root cause analysis and proactively mitigate risks
- Communicate project status, risks, and impacts to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Maintain awareness of evolving technologies, particularly in cloud and AI, and apply them to enhance platform capabilities
- Mentor team members and promote continuous learning and technical skill development
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, documentation practices, and information security policies
- Drive continuous improvement across engineering practices, tools, and delivery processes

Education & Experience
- Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of development experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred
