Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer, and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. This role blends day-to-day commercial management with longer-term strategic planning. You'll interpret performance data, surface market insights, and build the reports and metrics that keep the business moving. You'll also operate confidently across functions — developing plans, influencing stakeholders, and driving progress independently and collaboratively.

DESCRIPTION
Lead the development and execution of the Germany country plan — own the creation and coordinate the delivery of priority workstreams. Support the development of Germany commercial promotions — develop the promotion proposal, work with Finance and Commercial Programs to build the business case, and lead through commercial leadership forums in partnership with the Regional Promo lead. Deeply understand commercial performance across both route to market (RTM) channels — identify key performance drivers, opportunity areas, and growth levers; represent Germany's performance in the Worldwide Business Review (WBR). Develop deep commercial expertise on the needs of the German market — work with Commercial Programs, Apple Financial Services (AFS), channel, and external partners to understand what capabilities and experiences are required to drive Apple Retail growth. Provide day-to-day performance metrics, along with qualitative and quantitative feedback and recommended action plans for relevant stakeholders. Monitor and analyse German commercial trends; assess threats and opportunities from the market and the business. Drive growth plans to address challenges and opportunities in Germany's digital commerce landscape, and clearly communicate requirements to senior and executive leadership. Build cross-functional support to deliver plans and measure success. Develop strong connections across Retail and broader business functions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive local knowledge of the payments and fulfilment landscape. Ability to analyse competitive offerings from both a commercial and customer experience perspective. Strong knowledge of retail business functions and levers, including the ability to interpret and activate business insight. Proven experience delivering best-in-class, customer-focused experiences in market.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A collaborative working style, with a demonstrable track record of contributing within and across functions. Comfortable navigating complex organisations and dealing with ambiguity. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Experience developing consumer-focused offerings, leveraging key internal and external partners. Experience with budget development for both operational (Opex) and capital (Capex) requirements. Excellent time management and project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English, with local languages valued.
