APPLICATION AND SALES ENGINEER (M/F/D)

Your Role

Tasks

  • Develop technical dosing system solutions in the field of dosing technology based on customer enquiries.
  • Design and calculation during quotation phase as well as provide in-depth advice right through to the final customer solution.
  • Provide technical advice to customers on:
    • Dosing applications
    • System solutions
    • Their integration into existing processes

      Both on-site at the customer’s premises and at trade fairs or conferences

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Manage customer projects.
  • Conduct business travel within the UK for:
    • Sales meetings
    • Technical discussions

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Successfully completed training as a Technician or a degree in:
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Mechatronics
    • Process Engineering
    • A related engineering discipline

The ideal candidate:

  • Is proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Has experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Has knowledge of common AutoCAD software (an advantage).
  • Has experience with customer processes in:
    • The water treatment industry
    • The beverage and food sectors (highly desirable)

Additional requirements:

  • A customer-focused professional with:
    • Strong communication skills.
    • A flexible and solution-oriented working style.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the management and execution of projects, demonstrating:
    • Ability to coordinate activities across different regions and cultures.
    • Focus on successful project delivery.
  • Must have a full UK driving licence.
