About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our client's dynamic development team. This role involves supporting and enhancing large-scale enterprise applications utilized by global clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving complex technical challenges, modernizing legacy systems, and delivering high-performing, reliable software solutions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing critical Delphi-based applications, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with Delphi (XE2, XE10 & later versions).
- Extensive expertise in MS SQL Server and Transact SQL with over 10 years of experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with .NET C# development.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-scale, data-driven applications.
- Proficiency in analyzing, refactoring, and improving existing codebases.
- Experience working within structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, support, and enhance existing enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance and stability.
- Diagnose and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and other technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions aligned with organizational standards.
- Contribute to ongoing system improvements, including refactoring, modernization, and future development initiatives.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold quality standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes.
