About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our client's dynamic development team. This role involves supporting and enhancing large-scale enterprise applications used by a global client base. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and developing critical Delphi-based applications, ensuring system stability, performance, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users and technical experts, to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational objectives. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in enterprise application development. Specific qualifications include:
- More than 10 years of commercial experience with Delphi, including versions XE2, XE10, and later.
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server and Transact SQL, with over 10 years of hands-on experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working with .NET C#.
- Deep understanding of enterprise-scale, data-driven applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to refactor and improve existing codebases.
- Experience working within structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities

- Maintaining, supporting, and enhancing existing applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Diagnosing and resolving software defects and performance issues promptly.
- Collaborating effectively with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Developing secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that meet organizational standards.
- Contributing to ongoing system improvements and participating in future development projects to drive innovation.
