The Role
To develop, enhance, and support custom applications and integrations using the Power Platform, working closely with senior developers and the business. Deliver solutions aligned to requirements, focusing on usability, maintainability, and best practice.
The Responsibilities
- Build and enhance applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
- Develop cloud flows using Power Automate and support Logic Apps where required.
- Assist in implementing Dataverse data models and relationships.
- Build custom RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
- Support the Business’ growing demand for Agents using tools within Agent Builder & Copilot Studio.
- Contribute to solution design and ALM processes using Azure DevOps.
- Support integration development including APIs, connectors, and external systems.
- Apply established standards for security roles, DLP policies, and governance.
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain your project requirements & documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

You
- Experience building applications with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Some experience working with Power Automate Desktop and Copilot Studio.
- Some experience working with Microsoft Foundry would be beneficial.
- Working knowledge of Dataverse, solution management, and ALM concepts.
- Understanding of PowerFX, JSON, JavaScript and basic API/integration principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure fundamentals.
- Experience working in a structured development environment (e.g., DevOps).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently on defined tasks and escalate where needed.
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical and platform expertise.
- Relevant professional experience or a degree in a related field (or equivalent).
