รายละเอียดงาน:
- ทำการสนับสนุนข้อมูลเทคนิคด้านวิศวกรรมแก่ฝ่ายขาย
- ประสานงาน Vender ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- คำนวณต้นทุนของโครงการ ทั้งรายละเอียดวัสดุ แรงงาน ปริมาณพื้นที่ เพื่อให้ทราบต้นทุนที่จะเสนอ
- ส่งข้อมูลต้นทุนราคาที่คำนวณเสร็จแล้วเพื่อจัดทำใบเสนอราคา
- จัดทำแผนงานเบื้องต้น พร้อมทั้งรวบรวมวัสดุราคาตาม Spec งาน
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ:
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมทุกสาขา
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการพูดและเจรจาต่อรอง แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office คล่อง
- ปรับตัวเก่ง, ทำงานเป็นทีมได้, มีเป้าหมายและทัศนคติที่ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย Sales งานโครงการกับหน่วยงานราชการจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ทางด้านวิศวกรรมและเทคนิค
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประมาณราคา สามารถจัดทำ Cost Estimate ได้
