Applications Scientist/ Technician – Southampton – Healthcare
About the Company:
We are looking for a scientist with a degree or industry experience wanting to apply their knowledge within the healthcare industry. This field-based role primarily around the Southampton area but also requires UK wide and European travel. This is a client facing role which will involved equipment use, testing, communication and documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Customer service and support.
- Equipment set up, usage and close down.
- Project planning and delivery.
- Testing.
- Ensuring equipment is kept in good working order.
- Completing documentation to required standard.
- Mentoring and training.
- Relationship building.
- Extensive driving and travel.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Full UK driving license.
- Passport.
- Attention to detail.
- Hands-on technical experience (science - degree or industry).
- Ability to travel extensively and with minimal notice.
- Experience in a client/customer facing role.
- Substantial driving experience.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Degree in science.
