An opportunity has arisen to work within the Application Support Team within the Transformation Service Line.
Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has significant experience working within a customer or patient focused environment to join our busy Application Support Team.
Key Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft desktop packages
- Understanding of a range of patient-based clinical systems (desirable)
- Knowledge of the Data Protection Act and issues around data confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Advanced telephony and keyboard skills
- Appreciation of the importance of capturing and maintaining accurate and timely information

- Answering telephone calls from clinical staff
