Who Are We? đź‘‹

Ki insures what you see in the headlines—think space shuttles, world tours, wind farms, and even footballers' legs. Our mission is to digitally disrupt and revolutionise a 335-year-old market.

Working with Google and UCL, Ki has created a platform that uses algorithms, machine learning, and large language models to provide insurance brokers with quotes in seconds rather than days.

Ki is proudly the biggest global algorithmic insurance carrier. It is the fastest-growing syndicate in the Lloyd’s of London market, and the first to achieve $100m in profit in just 3 years.

Ki’s teams bring diverse backgrounds to the table, working in an agile, cross-functional way to deliver the very best experience for our customers. We have big ambitions and are looking for excellent minds to help challenge the status quo and reach new horizons.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Support Engineer to join a team that provides hands-on support for a variety of applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supporting SaaS and COTS products, with specific Insurance application experience.

This role involves troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer support to ensure efficient operation of our software solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
