Application Support Analyst
Permanent | Near Bexhill | Hybrid
£30,000 to £40,000 DOE + Holiday + Pension
An opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst to join a small, collaborative team supporting a range of business-critical applications across the organisation.
You'll provide 1st and 2nd line application support, troubleshoot system issues, assist users, and contribute to ongoing improvements across the application landscape. This is a great opportunity for someone with application support experience looking to broaden their skills and develop their career.

Full training will be provided on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, making this an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a leading business application while working in a supportive environment that encourages learning and progression.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support for business applications
- Investigating and resolving application issues and user queries
- Supporting users across multiple sites and Head Office
- Working with third-party suppliers where required
- Assisting with application improvements, testing, and upgrades

What You'll Bring
- Must have previous experience in an Application Support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting business applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable but not essential
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a bonus, but full training will be provided
