Application Support Analyst – HR & Finance
About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Application Support Analyst to join our IT team, supporting our HR and Finance application landscape.
This role is ideal for someone who already has a solid foundation in application support or business systems and is looking to take the next step in their career. While experience is important, we're equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude, curiosity, and drive to learn.
You'll become a key link between IT and the wider business, providing high-quality support, resolving technical issues, and helping colleagues get the very best from our HR and Finance applications. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong working relationships, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
You'll be supported by an experienced team who are committed to helping you develop your knowledge and expertise. If you're proactive, enjoy learning new technologies, take ownership of your work, and want to make a real impact in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
