Application Support Analyst

London – Flexible Hybrid working

Up to £65,000

We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a collaborative IT team supporting and enhancing business-critical claims platform for leading professional services business.

This is a new role for the business, taking ownership of the migration and support from legacy to an internal bespoke claims platform, working closely with internal IT team and relevant users.

Please note: Experience within claims processing, legal or insurance is essential.

What you'll be doing:

  • Investigating, analysing and resolving application issues
  • Supporting system enhancements, fixes and integrations
  • Play a key role in growing this area of the business as the internal IT function continues to scale
  • Work with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Application Support, Systems Analyst or similar role
  • Able to demonstrate supporting and improving bespoke internal systems or applications
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, BI and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Azure DevOps is a bonus)
