Introduction

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for business applications by responding to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot application-related issues and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
  • Log, track, and update support tickets while ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams when necessary.
  • Assist users with software installations, application configuration, password resets, and account management.
  • Monitor application performance and report recurring issues to improve system reliability.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support software updates, testing, and system enhancements when required.
  • Deliver professional and customer-focused support while maintaining high service standards.
  • Follow established IT support procedures, security policies, and data protection guidelines.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and process documentation to improve support efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, application support, help desk, or customer service.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or IT service management tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
